I'm a man, but I think the Candy is super small, I even find the Mini small so I opted for the Small Jodie for my wife.
How are you liking this bag? Considering purchasing. Thanks!I received my mini Jodie in the mail and they included a gigantic green canvas tote. Like truly gigantic LOL
I’ve not purchased BV before, is this a normal thing they include in packaging?
Also they only have a care booklet and the return label. There’s no authenticity card or anything in mail, is that normal for online purchases? I know people get a gold authenticity card in store, but do we get anything for authentication with online purchases?

The lighting is a bit warm here so may affect the color perception.

Can't speak much on practicality due to its size and depending on how many things you like to carry. But regarding delicacy, here is one thing I absolutely adore about Bottega, you can bring it to the Bottega shop (anywhere in the world, I believe) up to twice a year, and they will treat your bag. And if there is a bigger issue, then for a price of 200.00EUR (I'm not 100% sure if the price is still the same), they will take your bag to fix. I hope that helps with your choice
Can someone explain to me why am I seeing caramel colour in the 'new bags' section online, when it was actually sold last year? Are they bring back caramel again this year or are they part of the classic colour now?

I don't know if it's considered a classic color, but Caramel has been around for several seasons. I want to say I first saw it in late 2019.

Do you happen to notice leather scratch around the zipper? I wore mine 2times literally, and I noticed the leather around zipper being scratched all along. I didn’t do anything extraordinary with the bag, so I thought maybe it’s a design issue. Did anyone experience this ?

Mine has the same wear and tear. The sides of the zipper rub on the edges and this is eventually meant to happen.
Others have reported this as well. Must be a design flaw but it’s not happening with mine. I wouldn’t say ut;s meant to happen And I would return it as flawed.

mainly bc I feel that even the best quality bags do get wear and tear
so I would personally consider submitting for repair
Since, according to some, this does not happen to all of the bags in this line,
no idea if BV would take a return or call it user wear

I have yet to see the embellished Jodies in anything larger than Mini. However, I think the Small is gaining in popularity. I see Bottega Veneta has introduced more colors in the Small in recent months. I would not be surprised if they introduce a blue/green color similar to Blaster eventually. I remember, you were looking for that color.What do y'all think of this? How strong are the crystals? Do they have it in 'Small' size?
Do you have BV boutique near you? It may not hurt to establish communication with an SA there, and ask them to let you know if a color similar to Blaster becomes available in the Small size. I would even request that color in particular, and see if they reintroduce it. Matthieu Blazy has brought back other colors from previous seasons, so it's not out of the question.

I have not reached out to a BV boutique. Are they more well-informed than their email team? I will email them to see if they'll make a Small in Blaster and that Crystal one. My wife currently only has the Black Small Jodie.
I have found the BV SA's to be incredibly helpful. I think working with an SA directly will provide the best results. They will reach out to you if something your wife may like comes into stock. They will basically do all the work for you.
