I’m terrible at describing colors, but I’d say it was more of a cornflower blue. More of a muted blue!Ohh what kind of blue?

My bag preferences are very similar to yours. I vastly prefer crossbody as well, even in today's era of the shoulder bag, and my collection is extremely "boring" and is comprised of 90% black bags and the rest are primarily a dark brownHello everyone!
I would love your opinions. I am currently deciding between the teen and small Jodie as my first bottega purchase (and first new luxury handbag in over 4 years) I tend to wear cross body bags (I have 4 designer bags at the moment so a very small collection)
I want this bag to be my new everyday bag, I cannot decide which colour to get. I love the lighter shades but for practicality for me I need to go with a darker colour. All of my bags are black and I LOVE the black but I feel like is it boring? Or am I sensible for getting black? I’ve also been looking at Inkwell and space
For reference I don’t really wear bright colours, I wear mostly browns/greys/navy’s and blacks. What would you do given I do not have £££££ to splash on multiple bags in different colour ways?
Thank you!

I bought my new Teen Jodie (black) a month ago. I was waffling for 8 months on size. I do not live by a BV store or any stores that sell BV. I live in MontanaA black small Jodie is really timeless in my opinion so a safe buy. The small size is not the "hip" size but that's what makes it timeless - it's a well-sized classic hobo shape in a classic color in a classic Bottega weave. You'll be wearing it for years and years! I see you saying you have just 4 designer bags and I am jealous!!! That's good discipline and I'm now selling off bags to try to get there.
Wow, 50%?! How?? Wonder if that will happen again.I bought my new Teen Jodie (black) a month ago. I was waffling for 8 months on size. I do not live by a BV store or any stores that sell BV. I live in MontanaI went to AZ and LV and was still torn. After my last trip I came home empty handed again. Frustrated I logged on to FWRD.COM and it was 50% off for the Teen and I thought I can't pass this up for $1750. I ordered it and I am so so so in LOVE! I am 5'4" 118 lbs and it holds so much. I Love that is has sagged a bit and is the perfect "armpit" bag. It is comfortable and stays on my shoulder with a light jacket and or a sweater/sweat shirt. I hope that helps. If you have any questions let m know!

They still have a lot marked down but not as deep. They do it what I have seen in January before they release the new season colors and styles. Hope that helpsWow, 50%?! How?? Wonder if that will happen again.
Hi all, I'm new here so not sure this is the right place to post this. I've just gotten a Medium Jodie in black that I bought from Vestiaire. Since there are some details that don't really match the description (the bag was listed as 'New' but to my opinion it's clearly been worn a few times - visible on zipper pull. overall the bag is in near perfect condition so that doesn't really bother me. also, the seller sent it with the old Bottega dust bag saying they misplaced the original one and just grabbed whatever was at hand). That got me a bit suspicious. Could anyone who has this bag compare the photos of mine with theirs and tell me whether you see some differences? It would be greatly appreciated. I tried comparing with my Pouch and Padded Cassette but the leather feels different on both (might be because it's been worn plenty?). I have just 72hours to file a complaint so I'm panicking, to put it bluntly. Thank you to anyone who read this.

I was in the same boat debating between the teen and small sized Jodie in the caramel color last year. Confession - I already had the small Jodie in black but I loved it so much I wanted a different color. So when the caramel came around, I tried to go for the teen size to add some variety. Unfortunately, it didn’t work out well for me - The fit was awkward under my arm when it will filled with my stuff. I ended up returning the teen size and going for another small in the caramel. Ha! I LOVE both. They are a couple of my favorite bags. So comfy and roomy. Like someone said, it’s probably not as “trendy” as the smaller sizes but I usually choose function over fashion in general.Hello everyone!

Agree, I've purchased quite a few DL bags that came with brown dust bag, even from the BV boutique. They are also not all consistent in sizing for the same style bag. I think they give you whatever dust bag they can find.@rozaalie, I may have this wrong but I am recalling that the very first DL BV bags came with the brown BV dust bag. The white and green came almost a year later. So I might not worry so much about the dust bag.
