Book tote discolouration

Hi there! I just noticed mine has some glue oxidation on the corner of the bag. May I ask how was your experience with dealing with an Australian boutique? I’m based in Sydney.

Hi, my book tote is still ok ( so far), I haven’t needed to contact the store. i hope you can it sorted out, I’ve not been to the Sydney Dior but hopefully they will acknowledge this is a common issue.
