Hi ladies, does anyone have a nice SA at the shorthill mall bloomindale, been calling there and they have been putting me on hold for 15 min. maybe if there is a name of a SA they wouldnt put me on hold for so long and probably help me thanks

Does anyone know how often the 20% off comes around? Preferably with a gift card event? ^_^' I know the SCP store offered it this past weekend and I know they offer 10% off anytime. I've always wanted a Chanel flap but I'm not sure how to go about it. Do I need to be put on a wait list and just pray that a 20% off rolls around when they have stock in a bag I like or just forget about the deal? Any help/ recommendations?

15% off is once or 2 times a month. For 20%, I think it is once a while.
get on the waiting list with Erwin, she then will tell you when the promotion runs again.
