Yes the discount for opening a new card applies to Chanel. I've done it before. Damn I wish I could still do it for that 20% lol!

according to the Chestnut Hill one, yes it is included. i hate calling bloomies. chestnut hill was the only one to answer. SCP answered but left me on hold for over 10 minutes till I finally hung up.

yes the only ones that sell chanel are SCP, 59th st nyc, & chesnut hill.
