Yes. They charge the full amount but you should see the discount reflected in the first bill.

I talked to my SA at Houston's Chanel Boutique. She said that they have some but they are all reserved for their own clients.

Kazue at SCP was holding one for me. I was 3rd on the waiting list on Dec. 12. Kazue called me on Dec. 18 telling me she had some but I declined and purchased a turquoise jumbo instead. I think you need to talk to specific SA, get on a waiting list. Once someone declines or doesn't respond, you can purchase it.

Does anybody know if the insider card and the visa bloomies card are the same? If you only have the insider store card can you still open a credit card to get the 15% off?the Sa told me the store discount ends last Sunday n I had to rush to get my gst but I'm still waiting to get a flap? AnyOne have any idea? TIA

There are fine prints on the website about the the discount not exceeding x amount, however I think it all depends on the branch and region? I was able to get the full amount at the South Coast Plaza one, remember they also let you split the charges so you can earn points on other cards. Used my chase freedom and should be getting more back
