I have highlighted hair with brown eyes, but as a baby was white blonde(almost see through), my father and aunt had the same-this came from their father, my grandpa, who had white blonde straight hair and green eyes.
My mum is dark with brown eyes -my sister looks like my mum and has dark curly hair and much darker eyes than me(we don’t look alike).
So genetically it is possible, as even as a teenager I had long honey blonde hair with mousy roots and blonde ends, and a blonde streak .
At 16 I cut it into a bob and my dad called me “Mousey” which was when I started lightening it, I’ve had a blonde bob for the last 40 years..
