I used my Neiman's card and they told me it is the same for a debit card as a credit card. They told me it will take up to 4 days for it to fall off. I am so upset.

what an icky system - i work at best buy and when we have to post void a transaction after something has already gone through to someone's card, it only holds the money for 15 minutes.

I had the same problem with a Ferragamo bag I bought at Saks some time ago - the metal started peeling - I was horrified for what that bag or any of these bags cost, that should NEVER happen.

As I said in an earlier reply - my account cleard up in a couple of days but it seems that BESTBUY has a much better system in place than Neiman's !!
