I was told they were not discontinued but really, really hard to get. I was told this by 4 different sales associates in Vegas, Texas, Hawaii and Seattle. Maybe in Canada, the store manager is not ordering them as much..? Last Birkin sellier offer was January 2024.

What's available at SO is separate from what's available at podium for regular production.I special ordered a B25 sellier in March 2024 so hopefully they won't reject it since the option was there to picked for 2024.
The best person to confirm this is actually the SM, not SA. SMs are the ones who does the buy at podium, so they'll be able to affirm whether a certain style has been discontinued. I doubt this is the case as I've asked mine a few times and my SM often said no, that isn't the case. That aside, what's ordered at podium varies regionally and on a store to store basis. (Regional HQ might propose stores to buy X quantities, in which stores can go along or say absolutely not depending on how they want to spend their store budget based on client demand/purchases.)
Hermès operates differently than other brands. It deliberately limits production on certain items and at the moment they seem to be doing so with the Birkin Sellier. For reference, in the past they have paused other styles from being ordered at podium either to catch up on fulfilling previous orders or to limit quantities floating around in stores.
I have actually noticed an increase in Birkin Selliers especially in size 20 in various exotic skins (from observing different resellers having them in stock).
I second this. Birkin Sellier is still in production, I was offered one last week.
There are no plans to discontinue it, however, its production is very limited.

Does anyone use their Birkin sellier as their daily bag and if you do how is it holding up?
I live in the U.S. and recently got my B25 sellier offer in June 2024.
I had put the bag on my wish list in summer 2023 and waited a year for the offer because I specifically only wanted one color and only wanted it with gold hardware (I also intentionally had it as the only bag on my wish list until I received it). I was offered the same color with palladium hardware in April 2024 but passed because my heart was set on gold hardware.
I assume that birkin sellier bags don’t get offered as frequently in the U.S. because of the wait time I experienced but I’m really not sure.
