I am actually carrying my B30 today without my MT organizer and it's amazing how much more room there is! I typically carry my Calvi, keys, glasses in a soft case and a small leather pouch with lipstick and balm, charger, tissues, and Maldon's and with the organizer it can feel quite full but today it's so spacious. I love the look of the fourbi in your B35 and I bet it could accommodate my usual stuff and leave room for a book or scarf. I may have to hunt one down!

I always use an insert. I've tried many but have found 7rue paradis and MaiTai to be my favorites. I've never had a problem as a result of using these inserts.

I use the MaiTai and WhiteFox inserts for my B35 and Mini Lindy respectively. I think esp the MaiTai one is soft enough not to cause any structural damage to the B35. But I personally don't store my Birkin with the insert, I take it out and use a bag pillow for storage instead, just to be on the safe side.

I've used MaiTai inserts since my very first Hermes bag. The only bags I don't use them with are mini bags. I think I have at least ten different MT inserts.

Yes, a stiff insert left in or even used a lot can leave indents in a bag. My Swift Toolbox got lines in it from a Divide&Conquer insert; when I stopped using the insert, after a while, the marks softened out.

I don't see how something as light and soft as MT's inserts can damage a bag, though. The key is to remove the inserts as you'd remove any contents of a bag, and then store the bag as you normally do. (There is an existing huge thread on storing bags, as well as another thread on inserts and organizers.)

Would anyone who owns a Fourbi 25 and a Birkin 30 mind posting a pic of it inside the bag please? I know the Fourbi 20 is a bit small (I have something of a similar size at the moment), but I think the 25 may be a bit tall. Does it come higher than the edge of the B flap when the bag is open? If so will the flap fit inside it? Hope I'm making sense! I'd like an insert that provides protection, but not structure.. love my squishy Birkin

Hi, I have a Fourbi 25 that I use as a liner for my B30 sellier. The height goes up to the back zipper, and the flap can fit over it and tuck inside. No issues at all! Not sure if the fit will be different with a retourne B30.

PS I bought the Fourbi used. Hand washed it but then tossed it in the washer to rinse/spin. I let it air dry and it’s good as new, no issues with the leather parts of the Fourbi. Just my experience.

That's a great help! I think it would sit a little higher on mine as it's slouchy (so shorter) but should be ok then. Thank you so much for taking the photos!
