Honestly I’m still confused and I think this would be great info for other forum members who are also hoping for a beautiful B25. You got a call from the store to make an appointment because your wishlist bag was in but they didn’t tell you which bag it was so you came here to ask how to get one as a new walk-in client (even though you already had the appointment to pick it up) and then decided the easiest way to get an offer was to get a VIP to convince an SA to offer to you (except you already had an appointment to pick up an offer)? How did the VIP help if the bag was already presumably waiting for you thus the reason the store called you to begin with? And this is true. Had a vip ‘in the middle’. With a very strong purchase history, who assisted me and helped. But also was a long time in Wishlist.
Just thought was not needed to explain all details. But as i see people can think bad, now the info is rather clear i guess. And not too important, the most important is the good result and happiness of my gf. And about Hermes; they did a client from now, that’s for sure.
Best,
Do you mean by profile you have a purchase history? Not like this at all.
I just did a question, it’s the tittle of my post.
I got 2 kind of answer;
In usa; impossible
In europe; possible.
As i am located in Europe, Italy, plus i got help from a VIP from the watches sphere, and because of my profile, if they studied me a bit, all worked out.
If i can help any person with any additional info; i will be very happy to answer via PM.
Hope it helps.

Wonderful story. US based folds are truly jealous here but in a good way. Pre spend here is crazy, and as it seems not always helps. may I ask how long between when you placed wishlist and received a call. Like what’s approximate time range: 6 months, a year?As said, i am open to clarify whatever, help, assist via PM from this point.
And sorry for my bad english, could ‘colaborate’ with the missunderstanding.
I believe all it’s about supply / demand.Wonderful story. US based folds are truly jealous here but in a good way. It’s not always about finding local customers in the US sadly. I just read in other thread that a store manager and his assistants were fired from Miami store because they took bribes and sell bags to resellers instead of regular customers. To me as a US resident who doesn’t have Hermes store at my city, it seems easier to get a quota bag by traveling to Paris and spending money there. More chances to get a bag in Paris compare to crazy pre spend ratio that people indicate in different US store threadsI believe all it’s about supply / demand.
What i know, is that they are looking for local clients / potential clients. So to be foreigner is kind of red line. They try to supply just to their own market. Something common in all these high level brands.
I have opposite situation with some watches brands. Much easier in the EEUU…
About time in the wishlist, yes, kind of year. But me always with no hurries and no big expectations.. just really against the grey market

So to clarify, you were on the wishlist for a year or so but had no purchases at all (per your first post); a VIP watch buyer helped you out with a contact; and you received a bag - how did "studying your profile" help out if you did not have one?I believe all it’s about supply / demand.

As i said 4 times, have no time to repeat myself here, but i will be super happy to chat in PM, help, clarify, assist, etcetcSo to clarify, you were on the wishlist for a year or so but had no purchases at all (per your first post); a VIP watch buyer helped you out with a contact; and you received a bag - how did "studying your profile" help out if you did not have one?
Sorry for questions but this is a bit confusing, and I think a few of us are feeling that maybe we offered the wrong advice because the situation was actually different...?
Don't some European boutiques operate a true waitlist for quota bags? As in, no prespend required, but you merely indicate your interest in a K or B and then you wait (sometimes years)? If you buy things in the interim, maybe you move up the list but it's not required. I get the sense that OP had joined the waitlist a while back but wanted to speed things up. He managed to do that by having a VIP vouch for him. By his profile, I think he just means after the VIP vouched for him, they probably took a closer look at OP and decided this was someone they wanted to help out.
Anyway, that's my read of the situation. I don't have any direct H experience on this, but some horology brands work like this (e.g., Vacheron Constantin).

OP offered himself the PM system to clarify, help, assist, answer whatever, but seems that continue controversy here is more interesting for some of the forum users and i can not understand why.I am with you!
I am all kinds of confused by the OP's original post and his continued posts.![]()
