I've read through this thread, and there was one person who reported that their sunglasses didn't come with a case. I was wondering if anyone has purchased a bag, that then arrived without an authenticity card and dust bag. I'm contemplating purchasing my first Mulberry from a current BTR event, but am hesitant to do so. Just mad that I missed out on the bag in person and on mulberry.com!

I have ordered from them a couple times but will not again. I've gotten everything I ordered but the merchandise takes so long to get I lost interest in it or I just simply was not pleased. Also I have noticed the prices on their vintage sales have gone way up and if you really look at the items sometimes you can do better on ebay or other sites. I also found make sure the prices you get is really a deal because that is not always the case.

I've had a credit sitting in my account for a couple months now it will probably go to waste..

I have had nothing but good experiences with BTR.
Last month I bought a Proenza Schouler bag (for $600 less than retail!) and a PS wallet (for $200 less than retail!) and both came with all tags etc. The bag did come with the dust bag and the wallet came in a PS box.
I have bought sunglasses before as well and they did come with with the case.

I have read lots of complaints on here about how long it takes for stuff to arrive but I have not experienced that at all. Everything I have ordered so far has arrived at my door less than two weeks later. In fact with my last two orders I received shipping notification emails the day after I ordered!

BTR is a Canadian company so maybe part of the reason for the delays has to do with the border/customs. Also, BTR says right on their website and tells you again after you order that they don't have inventory and it can take several weeks for them to receive the merchandise from their suppliers to send to you. I am always prepared for it to take a month to get my order but so far I have been pleasantly surprised at how quick it has been :-)

Hi Ladies,
Mothers day is quickly approaching and would love to get my mom a designer bag, but most retailers don't want to ship certain brands to Canada. But Beyond the Rack is selling Prada bags. Too good to be true? Anyone bought a designer bag from them?

I just wanted to make people aware of the pricing on beyondtherack.com. They have a sale on designer bags going on right now, but through comparison shopping I found prices almost $100 cheaper than on this "sale" website. Some of the prices are about $20 cheaper than the designer websites, but only some. And some of the styles are probably sold out. My advice would be to check other stores online before you buy from them (plus their shipping costs are high $9.95 per order). I've also noticed that the sample sale websites will name the items something else to stop comparison shopping. Anyone else notice this?

Sorry for the bad cropping, I'm on a laptop. Beyond the rack is the top image.

I've noticed this too! They had a huge MAC sale once and I was so excited, only to find that not only was the discount hardly anything, but with shipping it actually came out to more expensive than buying straight from MAC! MAC always offers free two day shipping so the BTR sale was so not worth it :/

When did $9.95 become expensive shipping?

You do need to shop around to make sure the deals are actually good, though.
$9.95 became expensive when a lot of other websites offering free shipping. I think Ruelala give you a month of free shipping for $10. But That much to ship some makeup or a t-shirt is ridiculous when you aren't getting much of a deal in the first place.

I agree! I don't think I've paid for shipping in a very long time. I think this is part of the reason why I stay away from the deal sites. They charge for shipping and the return policy is crap.
