All i can think of is poor Blue! What will she think the first time she gets a computer and googles herself smh.
While *I* would love to see her hair done ... At the very least combed, I certainly don't think it deserved a petition. Maybe a mention on Bey's timeline or something!

I'm not bothered by Blue's hair. I like that they just let it do whatever it does naturally - although of course a comb wouldn't hurt (though right now it probably would for Blue ).
I wonder if Blue's hair is kinkier than Beyonce's? I remember reading somewhere that Beyonce's hair was slightly looser and a lighter color as a kid..

Blue's hair does look unmanageable but I don't think celebs should be commenting on another celebs child's hair, and I dont think anyone needs to be siging a petition either
I hate when interviewers even ask stupid questions trying to get things started
My mom always kept our hair in braids and beads-For the life of me I do not understand why or when little black girls stopped wearing braids and beads and started slapping perms in their hair at age 2
We didnt get perms we got Saturday night hot comb pressing sessions in front of the stove to get ready for church
AND i was TENDER HEADED!

Haha! Me too girl. Our heads stayed in braids and boy those hot combing sessions....
I would never put a perm on my daughters hair. She is 4.5 and her hair is down to her back when straightened but I suck it up, wash it and style/braid it often

nobody was or has ever torn down blue!!!! they know she has nothing at all to do with her hair. she could not comb it if she wanted to - that is what her mother is for!
Sorry, I'm not going to be convinced that creating a petition online and other celebs commenting about a child negatively as a topical discussion for S2S is acceptable. I'm not going to be convinced that going after a defenseless child, regardless of if people have some strange belief that they really are talking to the parent while not tearing down said child is sad, to me. My belief/value system is that it's not okay for the media to attack children regardless of how folks want to twist it so it sits right with their soul. So, as everyone feels free to think it's okay, I feel free to think it not okay, is that okay?

girl her hair will flourish over the years props to you!!
I'm Blaxican  and the black part won with my hair but my hair was also very thin so a perm would have ruined me for life
Bey can claim all day she's Indian, creole, yada yada yada but at the end of the day that .5th of blood comes out and you gotta braid it up tight to get it right

I agree with you that nothing is taboo anymore.
I also think that the kitchen talk is now on the internet for all to see.
It is nothing new, just new medium, imo.

One person starts something stupid and all of a sudden the whole world is out to get Blue Ivy. Ok. Beyonce has more supporters than anything.

When Zahara Jolie-Pitt went outside with an afro a Newsweek contributor wrote an article stating she would grow up to hate her mother if Angelina didn't comb her hair.

Alleged Jay Z Mistress I Have Never Slept with Jigga!! Now Apologize, Or Else ...

EXCLUSIVE

The reality TV star accused of having an affair with Jay Z is flat out denying she ever had sex with Beyonce's man ... and now she's gearing up for a legal battle.

Casey Cohen -- who was on the Bravo show "Princesses: Long Island" -- was named as Jay's alleged side piece in several magazines (such as In Touch) ... all owned by Bauer Media Group.

TMZ has learned Cohen has hired a lawyer who fired off a cease and desist letter saying Cohen and Jay Z "have never been in love or intimate" -- and dismissing all the Bauer articles as "a foul and phony mistress-rumor."

Cohen cops to having met Jay Z and Beyonce several times -- in the letter, obtained by TMZ -- but only through her job working as a VIP hostess in New York City.

She is demanding Bauer issue a public apology to her, Jay Z, and Beyonce ... and remove all posts about her from the Internet.

We've reached out to Bauer Media, but no word back.

I had two pigtails and ribbons. No hot comb but a Saturday wash. I think it should be illegal to relax little girls hair. Of course I think that because in high school I went behind my mom's back and got a relaxer and my hair fell out. But those are dangerous chemicals
