The petition:
As a woman who understands the importance of hair care. It's disturbing to watch a child suffering from the lack of hair moisture. The parents of Blue Ivy. Sean Carter A.K.A Jay-Z and Beyoncé has failed at numerous attempts of doing Blue Ivy Hair. This matter has escalated to the child developing matted dreads and lint balls. Please let's get the word out to properly care for Blue Ivy hair.

That's great! I don't have issues with mine either. However, this whole petition thing about Blue's hair is really really sad. Her hair is natural and instead of defending, a baby is torn down over it; which is just really really awful, to me.
I don't think anyone is really dragging Blue, just shading her parents as it is their responsibility to comb her hair and keep it looking clean and healthy. Blue's hair doesn't look clean or healthy, it looks unkempt and a relaxer isn't required to have well groomed hair. Considering the $$$ it takes to keep Beyonce's hair laid, Blue's shouldn't be looking like that.

I need whoever wrote this to get their grammar together.

But Beyonces hair looks dry most of the time too.

It's not about Blue's hair texture, it's about her hair being seemingly unkempt and not taken care of.
It's the same as if you saw a girl with A1 hair that always looks a mess. You'd notice and wonder why that girl's hair looks a mess while the mother seems to spend a good amount of time and money on her own hair. :shrugs:

I would never tell a mom how to treat her daughter's hair, but I'll always call it like I see it and Blue's hair is not the business. - It does seem healthy, however.

What exactly is A1 hair? I've seen it elsewhere and have been too embarrassed to ask

Yep! This. That just ain't right. Especially considering how much time and money Bey spends on her own hair.

My point is that she's a baby. They are dragging her about her lack of hair moisture, her name is all over the petition, and that's really not okay; such an immature mentality to think it's okay to create such a petition.

Personally, I don't find Blue's hair to be as bothersome as others and I try not to comment on it because she's a child - I'm not sure why it has to be styled. Her hair is obviously healthy thus well kept or it wouldn't be growing so well.

Straight hair.

ETA:

1a Straight (Fine/Thin) Very Soft, Shiny, Hard to hold a curl, hair tends to be oily, hard to damage.
1b Straight (Medium) Has lots of body. (i.e. more volume, more full)
1c Straight (Coarse) Hard to curl. (i.e. bone straight) Most Asian women fall into this category.

2a Wavy (Fine/Thin) Can accomplish various styles. Definite “S” pattern. Hair sticks close to the head.
2b Wavy (Medium) A bit resistant to styling. Hair tends to be frizzy.
2c Wavy (Coarse) Hair has thicker waves. Also resistant to styling. Hair tends to be frizzy.

3a Curly (Loose Curls) Thick & full with lots of body. Definite “S” pattern. Hair tends to be frizzy. Can have a combination texture.
3b Curly (Tight Curls) Medium amount of curl. Can have a combination texture.
3c Curly (Tight Curls or Corkscrews) Tight curls in corkscrews. The curls can be either kinky, or very tightly curled, with lots and lots of strands densely packed together. (3c not in book)

4a Kinky (Soft) Tightly coiled. Very Fragile. Has a more defined curly pattern
4b Kinky (Wiry) Tightly coiled. Very Fragile. Less defined curly pattern. Has more of a “Z” shaped pattern. 4c Kinky (Zingy) Some say 4c looks identical to 4b except that the curls are so tightly kinked, there is seemingly no definition. (Also not in book)

Her ends are raggedy and look like they might be breaking off. That is not okay.

She must have such a vapid life if something as trivial as a kid's hair is "disturbing to watch"....there are so many other real-life disturbing things out there.
