Beware of Tokidoki Fakes on ebay!

Her fake Zucca sold last night (for a lot of money) and now she has another one listed......

^^ Juicy, its also against ebay policy, its something like bid interference, you can get in big trouble for it!!

It is?? Wow, good thing the girl I messaged a few days ago about a purse she was bidding on might be fake didn't report me. She actually wrote me back to thank me.

thats just insane...im sure they would go for the zucca because its a popular style and a really hard to find too...i feel bad for those buying it and not knowing that its fake... cockroach sellers!

I just did. I reported it as counterfeit and I reported all of her other items too.

I've also been reporting the fake ones to Ebay, but I feel like they don't care at all. I didn't read all of this thread, but has anyone tried reporting this to Lesportsac or even to Simone?

Maybe if we all started sending emails to Lesportsac, then maybe they will take legal action against ebay and then ebay will be more careful about letting fake Lesportsac be listed on their site.

Actually from what I can tell eBay is pretty good about removing fakes... BUT.. someone has to report them in order for them to know about it and remove it. This will be a test... we'll see if all those items we reported this morning get removed.

Yeah, I can't wait until her listings get removed. Hopefully before the one with bids ends. That way, they won't have bidded on a fake scuola.

Sadly she sold 4 that ended last night. Bids of $88, $43, $84 and $89. She's defintely making some money since she probabably got these super cheap.

im sure there are others who love to message them, but i think some ppl might know they are buying fakes and then again there are some that dont, and if you message them some might find it offensive and might report you for harrassing them??

My experience has been that some people do not know that they are buying fakes & think the item is authentic. When they receive a "friendly" message they think you are just trying to trick them into retracting their bid so that someone else can win. I have a friend at work that, when she described the bag she was bidding on, it did sound to be a fake, but she got one of those messages from someone & thought they were just trying to trick her so they could win the auction.
