My memories are slowing catching up with me from the excitement and the heat haha~

They were only letting in ppl with invites yesterday. I saw regular customers without invite got stopped at the door.

I was there early and saw SA having to remove some of the bags on display because they were simply too " crowded" and were falling left and right whenever someone tries to pull one out.

A good row of trims in all sizes even one with fringes , I recall a rouge vif and a VA and lots of gold and neutral colors. One had the wider base , mostly were the flat style .
Great spy pics!! There were less than 10 customers inside when I went and I felt like 5 pairs of eyes were on each customer and overheard security talking to each other repeating the absolutely no video and no pic policy.

The Victoria on sale were the older style , more of a shopping tote with wide base. Not the zipper east/ west tote Victoria in store now.

There were quite a handful of full leather bolides in various colors - rouge garrance or rouge vif , turquoise , ebene with toile.

Pandada I think taxi is your best way if you don't plan on renting a car and drive out there . Expect a good 50 -60 min drive in crazy LA traffic
There is a hotel on Rodeo dr and Beverly Wilshire hotel is also down the street you should be able to catch a taxi home there .

This is consistent with years past- usually a small stack of 5-10 beach towels on the first day. Which design did you get Graycat? I love them too, esp. the animals and fish.

I will likely stop by a little later in the day- I considered going early and waiting in line but it does not sound like there is much I am interested in at the moment....but one never knows until you see the loot!:p:p If I can add anything new to the reports, will do so.

Boo - Thanks for the refresh recall report. I didn't even know that they make bolides in Turquoise. I wish I could be there to get either the RG or Turquoise. I know that they will show up on Ebay later and I've to pay a markup for it. So sad......

no wallets yesterday. they had several large bins of SLGs, but almost all were pretty beat up and some of them had a huge "S" stamp in very conspicuous places - mostly agendas, random pouches, but no wallets.

there were be-bops and karos, all in swift leather and in light colors like ciel and rose dragee and gold.
