Ok I'm finally done shopping. The line took 2 hours.

Things I saw:
Bags: plenty of stuff I didn't recognize (I'm new to Hermes), 2 dog carriers, lots of cylinder shaped bags (see pic, its the only one i could sneak from in line), lots of Maasai, 1 small tan garden party, 1 small blue jean bolide, some clutches, lots of weekender sized bags, boxy bags that look kinda like the plume (sorry I don't know the names!),

Small leather goods: lots of these, mostly notebook and diary covers, money holders, some pouches, a few makeup bags, a tape measure

Home goods: vases, frames, a little glassware, towels, yoyos, cards, golf stuff

Plenty of equestrian stuff

Bins of scarves: no twillies, some really beautiful beaded scarves and cashmere, pretty sizable selection

Men's ties, scarves, and pocket squares

Half a table for belts: no fancy buckles

A corner of baby goods: robes, mittens, shoes, cups, towels, a blanket

Shoes and ready to wear upstairs: about 20 pairs each size, mostly heels and boots in my size (including an amazing pair of etoupe, over the knee boots, 38.5), lots of sweaters and swim suits

Jewelry all lacquer and enamel but there are several bins full (there are also some keychains (helicopter, racecar, hot air balloon) and cuff links hiding among the jewelry), a few pieces p horn jewelry too

Ok sorry for any typos. I wrote this while in the line to pay. If you plan on coming later, bring a fan and a big hat. It is hot and the line moves into the sun a few times. ImageUploadedByPurseForum1377202380.945750.jpg

Thanks so much for the great report- I am going to wait until tomorrow at this point since they do replenish.

I'll bet the staff is eager to move into their remodeled home- a long time coming. Can't wait to see how it looks- I am curious as to how they integrated the skylight and staircase.

run! don't walk to the sale. great cashmere scarves silks and bags--tons of luggage great women's and mens RTW. SAs say best time to come in is after 2pm where it gets quieter! bags and clutches are being replenished every half hour or so. definitely worth the wait and better than any sample sale in NY

Yup. Unless it can be taken care of with a good polish or a spa...

Love the idea of Bolides! Have never seen one at a sale before.
