My haul from yesterday:
white Celeste sandals-I wanted these when I saw them in the boutiques, but I was trying hard to save at the time, so I had to keep passing on them. Imagine how happy I was to get them at 1/2 price and after reaching my savings goal! This was also the only pair left at the time I was at the sale--it was meant to be. Check out the leather weaving on the wedges:


gold Garden Party zip-I've always liked the GP, but I need to carry bags that can close on top, so I never got one. In fact, I didn't even know GPs with zippers existed. I didn't see this until I was almost ready to leave. It was the only GP on the shelf. Someone must have put it back, so I snatched it up immediately. I almost put it back myself cuz I just bought a Bal bag and was contemplating buying a Celine bag in a few weeks, but I figured this opportunity was too good to pass up. Also, I can always get the Celine later. I'm impressed that it was in such great condition, too:

I LOVE THOSE SHOES!! You're so lucky you found them. And the Garden Party will be so useful, especially since it has the zipper. Enjoy them both!!

Thank you Monceau! I was relieved when she jumped right in and made herself at home. We tried so many other carriers including LV and she didn't like any of them. Evidently for her only Hermes will do. :shame:

Don't know if I mentioned this earlier but there were two other dog carriers when I was there yesterday, one in black canvas and the other in a light off-white color canvas. They were in the home section so they don't count against the one bag maximum.

I saw white, orange, and blue (looked similar to blue jean, but it could've been turquoise).



WTF?! The price tag has $5300 on it, & this bag isn't likely in mint condition, either (from what I saw @ the sale)! It even says in the listing that there are scratches on it.

Here's my sale loot after going twice (private sale on Wed and last day, Saturday). Luckily (or unluckily for my wallet!) I live nearby so it is easy for me to drop in.

* GM shawl (for another lovely tpfer who couldn't go the first day)
* Pelouse zip pouch
* Doggie coin purse
* Purple horsehair charm
* Boot charm
* Two belts, one for me and one for DH (not pictured)

I was pleasantly surprised and happy overall with the selection for this sale, since my expectations were relatively low from the last BH sale, when no bags/clutches nor shawls were available.

My suggestions: if you're local, definitely visit. I did see the workers replenish stocks in various areas. Otherwise, not worth it.
