No one is saying it makes the marriage over....Just wearing a ring definitely doesn't make a marriage....I guess my comments come from the fact of how acrimonious their divorce has been why would you want to stay connected by that item...the vibe he gives is that HE is still holding on, and if it were HIS choice, they would still be married.

ITA. Almost seems like a PR move.

Could be a PR move but I give Jason my sympathy either way.

Beth has rubbed me the wrong way ever since I saw her pose for the paps on her wedding day in her juicy jog suit, she was more excited about posing than her actual wedding you could see it in her face.

Her divorce battle is only getting worse.

But Bethenny Frankel, 42, was able to put her troubles aside for a lovely afternoon with her daughter Bryn on Tuesday.

Before heading to the park in New York City, the duo acted on a sweet tooth, indulging in some flavourful Italian ice.

So adorable! Bethenny Frankel enjoyed some one-on-one time with her daughter Bryn on Tuesday in New York City

Mmmmm... The duo delighted in some tasty Italian ice

The Skinnygirl entrepreneur and her three-year-old daughter braved the humid heat, sitting outside as they enjoyed their tasty treats.

Bryn was certainly full of cheer, giggling between spoonfuls as she sat on her mother's lap alongside her pink and purple stuffed unicorn.
After cooling off with their chilled snacks, Bryn saddled up into her strolled, so the Bravo star could push them on over to the park.

Wait, there's a third! Bryn's stuffed unicorn joined for the afternoon outing

Protecting themselves from the sun, the mother-daughter duo covered their heads with hats.

And after arriving at their destination, Bethenny couldn't wait to hold her little girl in her arms, kissing her forehead and embracing their bonding time.

Following their busy day, The Real Housewives Of New York alumna put on her chef cap.

Off we go! The twosome put on their hats to head to the park after finishing their sweet treats

'Pureeing veggies & adding to tomato sauce over pasta is a great way to get fiber & veggies into children. That was dinner,' she tweeted.

But it hasn't been all fun, adding 'Staying in hotels in my own city is definitely one for the books.'

Her estranged husband - Jason Hoppy, 41 - allegedly plans to ask the judge overseeing their case to prevent Bethenny from taking their daughter Bryn, three, to her new billionaire boyfriend's home.

Muscular mother! Bethenny showed off her sculpted stems in her short shorts

The pair's custody battle 'has only gotten nastier because Jason resents the fact that Bethenny has moved on with her life so quickly by hooking up with Warren,' a source told RadarOnline. 'Bethenny has been in a serious relationship with Warren for almost six months. Jason does know Warren but on a social level only.'

'Therefore, Jason doesn’t want Bryn spending the night at Warren’s home in New York City. He just thinks it’s very confusing for Bryn to see her mommy kissing another man that isn’t Jason,' added the source.

'Jason’s lawyer is going to ask the judge to restrict Bethenny from having Bryn spend the night at any of Warren’s houses.'

Bethenny's reps did not respond to the MailOnline's request for comment.

I think it's weird she can't live in her own home. She's living in a hotel and stats w/ the billionaire sometime AFAIK from reading. Apparently that dude isn't even there all that much as he has multiple homes.

Jason apparently has refused to leave. How awful is that? They're going through a divorce, and he expects that Bethenny should remain in the house, too? Because he wants to keep pretending by:

-- still wearing his wedding band
-- still sharing a home

He's hurt that she moved on, of course, but it's unrealistic to expect that Bethenny should continue to share a home with him so that he can create a fantasy (my guess, my theory) that they're still a family together.

I knew a woman that wore her wedding ring until the divorce order was signed. Everybody knew the couple was going through a divorce, but she wore it until the end.

Was she pretending, nope. Trying to put up a front, nope. Just holding on to her vows. They also shared the same home.

Different strokes for different folks.

She filed. Why should he leave?

Different strokes for different folks, indeed. I'm just not holding Bethenny to a standard of having to live in their home simply because it may play better in the media. Jason wants to still live there, and that's fine (I've not said that he has to leave), but Bethenny doesn't have to just because Jason wants to keep wearing the ring and keep living there.

New York Law is dictating much of his actions.
