Bethenny Frankel is not dating billionaire Warren Lichtenstein - despite her estranged husband's claims, close sources to the TV star insist.
Jason Hoppy allegedly plans to ask the judge overseeing his divorce from the slender TV star to prevent her from taking their young daughter Bryn to the financier's home.
He has been left furious after Bethenny, 42, was seen soaking up the sun with Warren in St. Tropez in the South of France last week - and is upset that she has moved on so quickly following the break-up of their marriage in December.
However, today, a source claimed to MailOnline: 'They are friends - nothing more.'

Jason, 41, is still living in the couple's $5 million Tribeca loft and wearing his wedding ring - while Bethenny has revealed that she is staying in hotels to avoid sharing their marital home.
The brunette tweeted yesterday: 'Staying in hotels in my own city is definitely one for the books.'
Sources claimed to Radar Onlinethat the couple's custody battle over their four-year-old daughter 'has only gotten nastier because Jason resents the fact that Bethenny has moved on with her life so quickly by hooking up with Warren.
'Bethenny has been in a serious relationship with Warren for almost six months. Jason does know Warren but on a social level only.'
'Therefore, Jason doesnt want Bryn spending the night at Warrens home in New York City. He just thinks its very confusing for Bryn to see her mommy kissing another man that isnt Jason,' added the source.
'Jasons lawyer is going to ask the judge to restrict Bethenny from having Bryn spend the night at any of Warrens houses.'
Radar Online said that Bethenny - who accompanied Warren to Hong Kong in October while she was still married - and the New York based financier were trying to keep their romance under wraps until her divorce is finalised.
However, a source close to Bethenny had previously told MailOnline that Warren has been a shoulder to cry on for the star - and reiterated that fact today.

The friend added: 'Bethenny and Warren have been great friends for more than 20 years and he has really been a support system during this sad time.

And the couple spent Christmas together in Aspen with a group of friends.
Warren, 47, has a four-year-old daughter called Isabella with his former girlfriend, stunning blonde mountaineer Annabelle Bond. The couple broke off their romance five months into Annabelle's pregnancy - and are now embroiled in a court row over finances for their daughter.
At one point Bethenny was also rumoured to have moved into his $6.3million apartment on the Upper East Side in Manhattan.
However, he merely offered Bethenny the use of his apartment while he was away, her friend said.
Despite this, Jason is said to be seething at their closeness, as a source told Radar: 'Jason refuses to even entertain the idea of dating and hes disgusted that Bethenny has a new boyfriend.
'The fact that Bethenny has taken their daughter on vacation with Warren in the past is outrageous to him.
'What kind of role model is Bethenny going to be to Bryn? The parenting choices she is making are very poor,' added the source.
Jason allegedly told Bethenny recently that Bryn will want nothing to do with her mother when she gets older because of how nasty the divorce and current custody battle has gotten.

true. i mean i guess she still has a sense of decency and doesn't wanna be Kardashian like and be seen dating a man before she's divorced so she issued a denial.
denying it to the press doesn't matter ma'am...we're not the judge and bringing your small child along to sleepovers with new men is not in her best interest.
i dont see why it [dating/emotional cheating] wouldn't be true. just like women can sense when their spouse is cheating so can men.

I never heard much about her mother, only that they don't have a relationship because she felt "unloved" growing up.
If Bethenny looked like she wanted to fight for this marriage, I wouldn't roll my eyes so hard at Jason wearing his wedding ring. But him wearing the ring hasn't changed any of Bethenny's behavior. In fact, she's now staying at hotels in NYC because she doesn't want to be in the house with him. They're on very different paths and Jason keeping the ring on isn't going to change that.

I've never felt Jason was innocent so I cut him very little slack. There were glimpses in the show of his mean streak, he hid it from the camera pretty well. He also pursued her, he knew her deal.
