FIRST: So today I went to have my Favorite Pm burgandy interior checked because of the creasing. I bought it in 2014 & was able to exchange it for a brand new red interior . They were originally going to send it in to see if it is defect or what not but ended up having it replaced. I was deciding between Eva or back to Favorite but I really like the favorite pm!
SECOND: my malletage flower charm's red stones where missing & was also replaced for FREE!
THIRD: I was able to exchange my last month's purchase of DE pochette accesoires to Pochette Félicie in Amarante! im in love .
So overall, my experience with my store & my SA (drum roll) = 110% customer satisfaction!
