best plastic surgery clinics in Korea

I've consulted Teuimps before for eyebag removal. They quoted me 1.5 mil KWN for eyebag removal and fat injection along small hollows of my upper checkbones. That's pretty decent price for they charge same price for the locals and foreigners.

Awesome ! But why'd you settle with regen even thought they cost more?
Because of their service ?

Because I wanted everything done in 1 clinic. I do not know how Teuims is with nose therefore I stick with Regen.

Since I am paying more (they say cos I asked for the chief doc) I e-mailed them asking for perks like free pickup from airport, special rates at their affiliated hotel and free pumpkin juice throughout my stay. I see Regen gives out free packets of pumpkin juice to their patients sometimes.... So just ask for it Sweetly of cos.

How's ur preparation so far?

Hahah nope, IMO (only) dr park replies emails diligently and personally, good point for many.. But not so good for me because it would be a good sign that doctors are busy with operations instead of tending to queries
But yeh he's still well sort after by many of us...

Hi karagiselle,

What I would suggest is to visit all those clinics that you have shortlisted. Keep the list short. 2-3 would be good. Regen is the last place among the 2 clinics that I was leading towards though initially I wanted to maximise my translator's service (up to 3 clinics) and somehow I dunno how I actually squeezed Grand as the 3rd choice.

Btw, another choice of mine is Teuim with Dr Kwon. I visited him 1st. I told him what are the flaws that I feel I have and I want to achieve. He was confident to me that he would try to work as closely as possible towards the end result that I want. I don't remember any opinion of his being offered to me. Just merely request and cater style. Perhaps that sounds good for most pple. Fyi, I showed him some pictures.
P.S.: If poss, bring some coloured picts/photos of the desired end result to show the doctor. Copy a few cos each clinic would ask for a copy to be kept under your file. The consultant at Teuim mentioned that many pple like to bring Angelababy's pict. Lol.

Teuim:
Ptosis with Double Eyelid surgery - 2.2mil KRW
Magic Epi: 1.2mil KRW
Eyelids Fat Grafting: 800,000 KRW
Ttl: 4.2mil KRW

Here comes the bargaining part. Tell the consultant that you are gg to pay by cash and since that's the case, DISCOUNT PLS!!! She then quoted 3.9mil KRW. So I started to work on conversion rates etc... Though that's was already below my budget but still... I asked for 3.5mil KRW! Initially, she didn't wanted to give in. So I have to start to act. I Told her that fat grafting wasn't actually within budget initially so... (That was true anyway, I didn't expect that I needed fat grafting.) I told her I need to have the op tomorrow in order to work along with my schedule. So she went out to look for doct to ask if he is able to fit into my appointment for the next day. Came back with the news that appt is not an issue and she struggled a little bit before agreed with my price! However, the tricky part comes... She and I believe most consultants would force you to secure the deal now and then.

I told her I need to discuss with my sister over lunch since I just arrived that morning and came straight for consultation. In another words, we are tired and hungry!!! (That was true anyway.) I told her that I would revert by that very day. So with Teuim, I alr managed to push the price down by 700,000KRW!!! After Teuim, I proceeded to Regen straight.

I went to Regen and asked those questions for you. The answer from Ms. Kye is below:

1) Does Regen provide free transport services from airport to hotel?
--The free transport services are only for somebody who does facial contouring surgeries or big surgeries.

2) Is there any special hotel rates through Regen for me? Any free guesthouse stay for first few days?
--JW-marriott and Imperial palace hotels have speial rates through Regen, after discount, it's about 200,000KRW/per night.
Other hotels have no special relation with Regen and Regen has no guesthouse.

3) Does Regen provide free esthetics services like facial during my recovery time?
--Free esthetics services is only for someone who does facial contouring surgeries.

4) All my pumpkin juice and medicine is included in the quote right? No more hidden costs?
--Pumpkin juice and medicine in the clinic are all included in the quote. But the medicine you need to take for 1 week when you go back to hotel, that you need to get from pharmacy. It costs about 50,000KRW.

I also asked the discount about the pirce for you again, there is the answer from Ms Kye:
Dr Kim woo jeong is the chief Dr in Regen. If you want to get surgery done by him, there is no more discount. She believes she already gave you the best price she can. She wants you to understand that everyone has a different case, so the price will be all different. If you still worry about the price, she said if you choose any another Dr, not Dr Kim, she can give you a little bit more discount. But the price for Dr Kim that she gives to you is fixed and she personally recommeds you get surgery by Dr Kim. Because she believes Dr Kim is the best in Regen for nose and eye surgeries.
She also wants me to tell you, instead of giving you more discount, she would like to try to give 1 free esthetics service if the schedule is OK. She will let you know once you come to Korea again.

Hmm i was considering doing double eyelid and rhinoplasty at Oz clinic as it looks more natural and mandible jaw reduction at banobagi....but would like someone who has had experiences at both clinucs first before i make a final decision. How about u? What do u plan to get done?

thinking to get something done from april - may still planning it out, wanna do more research before i decided to go.. ><

Yes!! 2 jaw surgery is a big operation !! It's very dangerous and people die from it!! Please choose carefully and if you're not required to undergo that operation

Yeah... I didn't know I even needed two jaw surgery since I don't even have underbite. They told me I would look super pretty after though.
I'm trying to get an appointment with ITEM but not responding my email.
I got an appointment with BK and I am kinda worried after reading reviews from here about BK, but I can't waste my time just waiting so I will search around.
