So my amazing friend has allowed me to use his Naver account for plastic surgery research, and I've been checking out several related cafes (there are SOOOOO many). I've seen a lot of dramatic b&a's, which is what I'm going for, and I would LOVE to know where some of these girls have gotten their surgeries done. I attached my favorite b&a from this cute girl, who said:

수술하구나서.. 자신감이 생겨서 성격도 활발해졋다구 해야되나..?
다이어트하고나면 사람들이 변하는거랑 비슷한 원리인거같아요 자신감!^^
친구들이 10초 아이유닮았다고 해준 사진...ㅎ
전에는 수술전 얼굴이 그립다더니 이젠 칭찬 일색입니다..ㅋ 참내!
남들이 하는 올백머리 부러워만 했던 저..이제 제가 맘껏 하고다녀요^^
너무행복합니다~ 이런 사소한걸로도 ..
그동안 앞머리를 많이 까고다녀서 그런지 앞머리가 진짜 많이 자랐어요ㅠ
자를까요 말까요 이고민은 끝이 없는듯 ;;
에프터 비포 비교해본건데 확실히 다른여자죠..?ㅠㅠ
많이 바뀐거같지만 이전 얼굴이 어땠는지 잃어버려가는것 같아서ㅎ

She was saying that she had a few surgery done , jaw surgery, cheek surgery, nose, chin implant , fat graft on her forehead, eyes surgery upper and lower...

Hey, thanks for letting me know what procedures she had done. Did she mention a surgeon or a clinic/hospital of some sort as well?

Yeah, I really like this B&A because she looks so beautiful after! Almost like Korean singer, IU. I also personally think that even with such a drastic change, she still looks very natural. That's what I'm hoping for. A dramatic change, yet natural enough to make strangers think I've never had anything done.

Sorry to bother you, but which Dr. Kim did you get your nose surgery from BK? Was it Byung Gun? Also, did he discuss using rib cartilage bone instead of silicon and if you don't mind me asking, why did you decide to go with silicone?

hi,has anyone had upper eyelid fat grafting before? im interested of going to dr.kang from iou for double eyelid lowering and fat grafting. it'll be my 2nd revision surgery. please please advice anything regarding fat grafting. how long does fat grafting really last? is it true that its easy to get lumps from micro fat grafting?

I just read your email and you stated that you didn't need silicone because you already had a nice bridge. I'm thinking of going to Korea either Nov. or Dec. for my surgery, but I'm having such a difficulty time trying to figure out which surgeon to go to, where to stay, and all the logistics. I don't have any family living in Korea and would have to travel alone, and its such a scary thought. I would appreciate any tips you can share to make the whole surgery abroad experience as painless as possible. Thanks.

Also, in these cafes, you're not allowed to state the exact names of the clinic in public. If you look at the comments, people probably asked her where she had her surgery done and requested a pm with the info... which is what you'll have to do as well...

hahahha!!! i am waiting for my noseplasty... on monday 15 oct... and leaving on 25 Oct... getting worried if I had enough time.

I thought i wont do it but...me the liar... been in Seoul since 11 oct but only went for 1 consultation with JW PS and I just booked it. met up with yumi the english consultant but my consultation was in korean though hahah... Dr Suh is quite nice and funny. did not even go for my consultation with ITEM even I had my appointment fixed...

now only worried what will happen if my sinus kicks in after my surgery... and the swelling... walking around seoul now to find cool pack... and not sure what to eat to keep the swell down...

any suggestions other than pumpkin juice which I have no idea where to get.... in Seoul.

u srs? the last i heard was about 100usd and she brings u to 3 clinics of ur choice... if u want her to pick you up from airport there will be additional cost...

I agree with you. She charged few forumers 100 usd just a while ago. I am not sure her price right now. She asked you more money like 200 usd?

I see a lot of great suggestions for doctors and whatnot, but I was wondering what types of things should I take note on what to tell the doctor for a nose job? Should bringing in a picture be sufficient enough?
