Get on the Docklands Light Rail, there should be a station within short walking distance to the Crowne Plaza called Custom House, and hop on a train headed for Bank. Get off at Bank (this should be the last stop) H is at Royal Exchange just round the corner from the station. HTH.

italy and france, basically countries in the eurozone, not switzerland. switzerland is more expensive than the uk.

Prices I believe are the same as they all use the one currency. Prices aside though, if you are looking for specific things and/or particular about size, leather, colour etc..then I would advise buying it when you see it in any of the H stores. The inventory varies drastically store by store so you may not find the items you want in italy or france. Good luck and happy H hunting
