I visited the Glasgow store recently and I'm not sure, but I think they have a list.

I am not currently at the point of being able to buy a birkin but I wanted to know which size/leather would be right for me in order to make plans (ie save!). They didn't have any in to show me (except a shoulder birkin) but took my details and said they would let me know when they had sonething in to look at.

Apparently then you go in an have a leather appointment. In short, I'm not sure whether or not I'm on a "waiting list" or just a list to view something to get an idea.

They were super helpful though, so I guess if you were in a position to buy, they would take your order and let you know when they get hold of your bag.

Sorry if this is a bit waffly but hope it helps someone.

hi, im looking for Hermes Herbag, and i wonder where can i get that bag because last time i checked in Amsterdam they don't have this item anymore.

And is it cheaper to buy this item in Paris or Amsterdam? thx! :)

I think price wise Hermes is quite close between London/Paris. I had thought the Herbag was discontinued but somebody else can correct me if I'm wrong. If that's the case I'm sure you could find one on the secondary market though.

I wrote this in another thread but just wanted to let you know that I was at Harrods and Bond St store yeaterday.

Harrods said they don't have a waiting list and that I should pop in or call and ask if they have my HG in stock. It's pure luck. The SA did show me a sample but it was totally the wrong size and colour for me to imagine what I wanted.

Bond St said I just missed the waiting list and that the next opening is in September. My best bet is to call or visit the store and keep checking. She reluctantly showed me colour options.

My big 3-0 is in Feb and my chances of bagging my first H is fading! :( It sounds like a trip to Paris is in order... ;)

thanks for all the responses - I posted this in another thread -spotted a kelly in the window of Sloane St 2 days ago - blue/green colour, possibly a 25 - was in a car so couldn't really get a good look - just noticed the shape etc. HTH someone

Its my first time to travel to London and wanting an etoupe birkin as well.
So i guess there is not a chance i will even see a glimpse of it???
I will be there for business ( excel center)
what would be the nearest Hermes shop ??
