My fingertips were so rough and the skin was splitting all over the place. I bought O'Keeffe's Working Hands on Sunday Dec 19th and I've used the cream each night (though I forgot one night) and it's like a miracle my fingertips don't look the same any more. They are healing so fast and a lot of the roughness has gone. Even the split skin has improved a lot.

I'm a hand cream junkie! My #1 all-time favorite is Herbacin Kamille. It is a German product and comes in a green tube with yellow & white flowers on it. You can find it at Sally Beauty for around $5 or on Amazon. It is super rich, has a very light fragrance, and is ridiculously moisturizing. It also contains glycerin and silicone, so it protects against chapping, frequent handwashing, or weather. Love it!

Other ones I like are L'Occitane, any of the Burt's Bees creams, and Jaqua Pink Potion or Ulta Vanilla (always carry a tube in my purse).

I found Dermalogica's hand cream made my hands feel hot and uncomfortable - I think it's the SPF because I like their body cream very much.

Yet another vote for L'Occitane here (I use it at night because it's quite sticky), and I also like Soap & Glory's Endless Glove and philosophy's Time On Your Hands with AHAs. After handwashing during the day I like REN Citrus Limonum - it's in a pump for easy dispensing, and is quickly absorbed so I can get on with things.
