A Louis Vuitton Mini Pleaty in Denim is fab for a young lady and I think it's going to become a real classic.

You must have a look at this, she'll love it!

I agree that a mini pleaty in denim is GORGEOUS but it's over $400, more like $600-something. So if you want to break the $400 barrior, that would be my suggestion too.


Otherwise I think the Juicy would be good... or if she's into really funky then the Betsy Johnson. When I was that age I loved my Coach purses... or Kate Spade is a classic.

I am 20 myself, and IMO, I wouldn't carry a Juicy. It's just "too much going on" on those bags. If your budget is $400, DIOR has really cute pouchettes for under that range....so does LV...Coach might be the thing too if shes into that. They have alot of cute totes too..plenty under 400!

Check out Francesco Biasia bags too. They have some really nice "younger" looking bags and I think all of their bags are under $400. The quality on this brand is excellent.
