I have never had a problem ordering from either store ..
The system automatically cancels my orders. I get onto the chat and customer service says that item out of stock. After I attempt 5 orders of variant face creams each is cancelled. Onto chat again - that item out of stock?
They obviously are not stocking items correctly or do not want people buying their items online.
I gave up… just weird. Pre Covid I would order same face makeup no problem .. I think in 15 years only returned one item ..
