I am switching to more natural and organic makeup and skincare. I am loving May Lindstrom, Kjaer Weis, Well People, and the like. It is so fun to try all new brands and feel like they are great for my skin and overall health.

I have very slowly switched over to more "green" skincare.I am
really impressed with de Mamiel cleansing balm, facial oils (winter now)
& her exfoliating product. Very gentle & no reaction.

I also have bought May Lindstrom blue cocoon which I am liking.

Still using my regulars By Terry, SL, Sisley & History of Whoo &
Tom Ford lipsticks ( haven't made the switch to organic in that area yet)

Yeah, I am still using my Diorshow Mascara and Anatasia for brows. So haven't completed the transition. It is expensive. hehe! :D

In general, I'm doing my best to switch over to organic/natural based products but the following would be kicked to the curb even if they were:

Tom Ford cosmetics: They were just "ehhh" for me especially for the price point.

Anastasia eyeliner: A dry mess that required waayyyyyyyyy to much tugging on my eyes

I'm was trying to switch to organic makeup but I wasn't happy with anything I tried. I have ONE TF lipstick and I soooo feel the same regarding price point VS performance. It is MEH for real. Same thing with NARS Audacious lipsticks. I have to keep reapplying because I'm not getting the hours of wear all the bloggers raved about.
I've been going MAC crazy since Nov 15. Especially their lipsticks and blushes. I really like Estee Lauder Matte lipsticks but MAC is a better price point.

Laura Mercier. They suggested a concealer then insisted I also buy a brush to put it on with. The concealer caked badly so I brought it back and they said tough luck, no return because you have used it.

If that was Bobbi Brown or Clinique they would happily change it for an alternative product without question.

Wow! Where did you buy it from?

- Dior foundation. They keep changing their formulas and the colors aren't exactly the same across them all, so I gave up. I feel like I'm still searching for the perfect foundation, but I recently started using Hourglass Illusion and it looks wonderful on my skin.

- Burt's Bees stuff. I tried their new lipstick and I just wasn't impressed. The crayons are ok, but they also wear off pretty easily. Also it feels like when I use their chapsticks, it makes me need to use their chapsticks more.

- Chanel everything. I used to have a makeup drawer full of Chanel, but something has seriously changed and it feels like their quality has gone downhill.

- Julep polishes. They may be five free polishes, but it turns out they contain triphenyl phosphate, which is an endocrine disruptor.

NARS eyeshadows. Yes, they make some beautiful colors and they have some good metallic colors and colors with sparkles, but the fallout is horrendous....like downright terrible. And I use high end makeup brushes like MAC and Chanel with NARS eyeshadow, but for some reason the shadow just falls so, so, darn much that I'm not able to put the eyeshadow on if I don't have a makeup wipe handy to wipe the skin underneath my eyes with, afterwards. Ridiculous.

I stopped using Bath and Body Works lotion in 2015! I made the switch to natural products made by Ora's Amazing Herbal and Nature's Cheer Clear60 and haven't looked back. I also stopped using toxic acne washes, shampoos, and conditioners. I use Ora's and Shea Moisture for acne washes and either Lush shampoo/conditioner bars or Renpure with Argan Oil shampoo/conditioner now. My skin is visibly healthier and I'm never turning back.

Tarte - lackluster products

Mac - I haven't really bought anything from them in ages! Whatever they're doing creatively is just crap and has been for the past 6 years. Also, I was unaware of their cruelty to animals so in support of that I think I will stop buying their fix plus spray (pretty much the only thing I repurchase from them)

TF lipstick - I love TF products. My mom passed down a lipstick to me and I was unimpressed by their formula and the price for it. Idk what the hype is around their lipstick - but givenchy/guerlain/ysl has a far superior formula in their lipsticks!

Estée Lauder - I don't see any difference by using their skin care and its heavily scented
