Well, I pulled the trigger. Got the Mono. I found one on Fashionphile for a really good price in excellent condition. If I decide I prefer the Giant I have 30 days to send it back for something else.

For a true shoulder length, I use the 2nd hole on both sides. I then wrap the extra strap length around the bottom and thread the ends into the slots.

If you need help with the top handle/short shoulder setting too, let me know.

Even though I’m on a ban, this bag is just so pretty I’ve noticed it on my window shopping trips. As well as girls who wear it in my neighborhood.

The hatbox idea is original. The designer made it functional. The lines are clean and encompasses both a vintage yet modern twist. I cannot rave enough about it, I think this will soon become iconic, or impossible to get.

I have the exact same feeling as you regarding this bag! It's on my list and ive been obsessed with it for a few months now. Timeless look. Its stunning.

I prefer to get classic pieces too. I do think bcs has a hint of "trendy" to it because of it's uncommon shape. Do keep in mind though that the design/shape is based off of a hatbox design, which are classy luggage pieces. I think if anything, the long shoulder or crossbody will look dated, but the top handle for this bag will remain vintage-classic. Think of how frame bags have always been popular for evening bags, but they're starting to make a comeback for larger everyday bags right now.
