They really aren't. They're the worst of all the big mall chains. Crappy product, high prices and the worst staff (from CS to sales clerks) ever.

for future, if you want a large diamond piece, don't bother with chain stores, try to find a good independent jeweler in your area. you will get a much nicer item. these specs on this bracelet are pretty poor.
