If you paid with a credit card you should contact the credit card company ASAP , tell them the situation and that you want to dispute this charge. They will help out by contacting the company to help resolve the matter. Good luck!

I would never shop with Zales mainly because they declared bankruptcy years ago. When a friend of mine was looking for an engagement ring I tried to help him find one at Tiffanys while I was working there but he didn't want to spend that much. I told him to buy it at blue nile then but he said he would feel more comfortable buying it from an actual store. I told him if you do that just make sure that you don't buy it from Zales because I've heard horror stories. Of course he didn't listen to me even after I did a bunch of research for him and ended up buying it from Zales, I'm positive one day it will come back and bite him though.

Good for you!! DF bought me some diamonds there and a day later we found better ones else where and tried to return it and they were trying to say no. She even hung up on the phone with us 4 times. I was so mad at her for being so rude and unprofessional, and I was in tears because he spend so much money on these when he could have gotten better ones for the same price else where. I was really upset with her attitude and I called CS for 2 weeks and finally they resolved it. She was also set on probation for her unacceptable behavior. Now we swear to NEVER ever set foot in a Zales again. Glad everything turned out well for you!!

SO glad there's a happy ending. I can't believe you had to go through the hassle of calling your credit card company. Zales sucks and I will never shop there after reading this thread!
