I don't think that an MM would slouch more. There is only an inch difference between the two (PM and MM).

It's really a matter of the leather and the style. Most Picotins are clemence and thus very slouchy after years of use.

picotins are relatively new... less than 10 years... right?
i've never seen one that was more than a year or 2 old.

I only use it during spring/summer (it's Thallasa)....so not that often, but it doesn't just sit there either....

so then a picotin MM in barenia might slouch more - you think the smaller size holds the leather in shape better? like a clemence 30 birkin vs. a clemence 35 birkin?

I do think the smaller sizes hold their shape better

Posted already in the "Finds" thread, but have a look at the pics in this auction, the barenia looks a bit heavier somehow...purely subjective and perhaps nonsensical observation...it just seems to stant up straighter than mine, maybe because no outside pocket...

Yes, I have noticed that new barenia is a tad bit thinner. I also feel a difference in the weight.
