Honestly, I'm not "wowed" by it but it could be the color (grey doesn't do much for me). I also wasn't expecting the smooth glovetanned leather. I don't know how I missed that in the description. I'm waiting for her to send me more pics. I do like that it has pockets.

I've never thought about how other boutiques look. This is the only one we have in my city and surprisingly the only Coach boutique I've been to.
Agree. I would have preferred pebbled leather. I have been in need of a grey bag & a tote like one so I'm hoping this checks off both boxes for me.
Thank you for the photos! It's like a full leather version of the LV Delightful! I actually love that it's in glovetanned instead of pebbled leather, but it may also be the gorgeous grey that's swaying me.
I don't usually go for this silhouette for bags (seems like it would constantly slip off the shoulder), but I am definitely tempted.
More colors... I'm going to the store tonight so I'll get more info about interior colors.

I like it! It looks like a squared off version of the Nomad. I love my Nomads but not sure I need more in this silhouette. Possibly the grey though and it looked like the apricot swagger color which I would love to see. I do love my Bandits and how I can mix and match the pouches to customize my look.
