Bandit has disappeared?

I think several factors: the weight of the bandit, which is nothing for me, since I'm used to substantial bags. Then the double handles can get in the way when opening/looking for things. Furthermore, the removable leather pouch is a great idea, but smaller items can slide around underneath-making the search for small things a pain. Any of these can be deal breakers to people, but I love the shape, style and color (got it in peony), so I'll just work around them.

I agree. It is a great, quality bag and I work around the issues. Also, I put my small items in the pouch.

Me, too! Just love the soft squishy leather so forgiving of a minor structural flaw.

I saw on the Coach Gone Rogue Facebook page that there's a new bag to replace the Bandit called the Bedford. Has anyone seen or heard of this bag?

To me, it looks similar to the Clarkson.

Ok, so I just picked this bag up in Grey. Its glovetanned leather. The store manager had the best description when she said it is as if the Nomad and the Bandit had a baby. I would say it's comparable inside to the larger bandit without the bulk. It has a magnetic closure. Inside has a snap slip pocket on one side and a zip on the other side. The strap is adjustable and is very comfortable. Grey & Oxblood have gunmetal hardware. Black has gold. Unsure of other colors.
I am not a tote person but this fits the bill for a tote for me. It's a very well-thought-out bag.
I'm sure there will be reveals. Let me know if you have any questions that I can answer before I get back to home later this evening and can post pictures.
