Actually I’ve noticed the Princess of Wales wearing her old Ballon Bleu quite a lot the past few weeks. It’s a classic Cartier style.

Mine is the 33mm with diamond bezel. It’s very light, thin and comfortable (I also wear Rolex 34, 36, and 37mm). I believe the one pictured on Catherine in this thread is also the 33mm.
