Ouch! Those are total sex shoes. I think they're interesting as a display piece but I don't think I could see anyone walking around in those to a party.
Not to state the obvious, but I don't think these are supposed to be worn "out"...KWIM? If you look at the picture gallery, you will notice a common theme...everybdy wearing them is either sitting or leaning on a chair, bed, or something else. And I really think they are goofy looking. 
No offense, but if I saw someone wear these somewhere, I would instantly think they were trashy. Sorry, JMHO.
Again, not to state the obvious, but these, I am pretty sure, are bondage shoes. In other words, S&M, in other words, they probably should come with a matching face mask in leather with a lace up the back.

They are meant to immobilize and bond. As in bondage. You need help to even stand in them.

I know this because I spent many hours searching for old fashioned baby-doll Mary Janes (like the type Bettie Page used to wear) and ran across "court" shoes such as these.

Kinda obvious when you look at the websites. The link in the OP already states that the site sells fetish shoes, and the other site has a logo with a blindfolded lady...
Even if you wanted to, I can't imagine anyone walking with any grace in these since you're literally on your toes. Visualizing it actually makes me laugh, sorry. Gals are right, they were made specifically for other activities and should be left for those.
Absolutely true. They are definitely fetish shoes, as the sites they come from demonstrate. I wouldn't (couldn't!) wear them, but to each their own... My guess is that Marniem knows this, however, and chooses to want to wear them despite or because of this.
oh my! I would never be able to get anywhere in a hurry with those things on! they are soo interesting and unusual tho
