that's what I am struggling at right now~~ I dont understand why they made it so long, I spent hours on the mirror tried to make it look good and not wired

Yeah, I'm about 5'5" and it's quite long on me. I wish it was a couple inches shorter. I'm going to say that although a nice brand and I love their bags, they're not 100% functional all the time.
