Does anyone know BalNY's return policy?

I think it is from the day it arrives. Also, BalNY limits the total number of returns you can ever make. I believe the limit is 2 returns. If I'm incorrect, then someone please correct me. Basically, you want to be sure it is the bag you want before ordering.
