welcome and congrats. won't you have done your research on such things before spending the money? leather should ideally be soft yet thick. but there're people who prefer thinner leathers.
Please post pics in the "Authenticate This Balenciaga" section. Balenciaga moto leathers are not meant to be hard and stiff. We can tell you if you bought the real thing or not.
