Hermes 30cm Birkin- color- vert anis,black, brown,marron, gold togo or clemence
Hermes Bolide 27- white or vert anis or bleu jean Sixteenth Bday!

Great choices!!! I was kind of like you...I loved Gucci and LV and was hesitant about Balenciagas. There were just sooo many knocked off styles everywhere and some of the super bright colors really turned me off to the style. BUT, I was at NM a few weekends ago and instead of just passing the Bbags...I stopped and played with one. BIG MISTAKE. I've been obssessing about getting one ever since. There are many different styles and shapes (I prefer the twiggy), the color and leather really are beautiful, the bags are suprisingly light, and seriously...the leather is soo incredibly soft. I fell in love. Seriously, I think it's worth a trip to NM or Saks...you'll fall in love too.

thing is, my NM doesnt carry balenciaga

I wasn't sure if I liked them at first either but I have fallen in love with the colors. I love how they have such a choice and that they don't have any designer name printed all over them.

Oh no. I just checked, they don't have them listed. You can always order one from there though. Call the main number, ask for main floor handbags and they can send it to you.

i prefer the older leathers :love:

i know i would always want a "new" bag but the 04-05 has been catching my eye..... its me the girl who never buys used.... the girl who would NEVER consider ebay.... i dont know wut happened to me...:shame:

Totally Bal..This is going to be an icon of the millenium.First of it's kind..Kind of like a speedy,chanel flap etc.
Great to carry...Lightweight. Love all of the new bags with the hardware but too heavy for the long haul.

I am addicted due to the weight of the bag; or lack of. I am now spoiled for life as I 9 out of 10 times bypass my LV bags for one of my colorful and smushy yummy b-bags (I own 5).
