Bal Lovers - Need Your Expert Advice (newbie alert!)

Hi ladies and gents! I'm not a Bal expert by any means but want to give my mom something special for her birthday. My mom is a fit, stylish woman and loves color as well as neutrals. She MUST have a shoulder bag but other than that, open to color, etc. Right now, she carries a Louis Vuitton Cabas Piano and that size works for her so nothing too huge.

To help, she's 5'4", 110 lbs, has olive skin, brown/auburn hair.

I think red color could help people seem lively and younger.
But it also depents on the whole style and color of clothes.
Black, anthracite and charbon are classic could match everything.
