the link is taking me to the Red Suede, but I assume you mean the dark blue. I think it is a good bet that it is Dark Night. And I'm guessing the camel/cognac bags are papyrus, don't you think? they would seem to be too dark to be called champagne. And the Peacock colored suede City must be Paon?

thanks for sharing the info on the F/W 2011, the new colours seem exciting & i might be in trouble :p

i do really love the velo style and had been wishing for GGH Velos and was ever told it's impossible that bal would produce GGH Velos! however, now that it is likely to happen & that i have GH bags, these days i feel that gold hardware would be awesome on styles which are dressier and more formal, like for towns, ECs, FCs and even firsts. Velos are meant to be more casual and since it's quite a big bag, with GGH, my reservation would be that it's going to be quite heavy!

Holy crap, this pic scares the **** out of me!!! I absolutely HATE octopus/squids, I'm seriously frightened and I would go as far as saying it's a huge phobia:wtf::faint::sweatdrop:

So no, I do not like those new bobble keyrings! (lol, no offense to those who like them, it's just my crazyness!)

As far as I understand it, Velos are going to be available (if stores bought them) in the current GSH and GRGH (rose gold), in the normal giant "thimble" size (not the mini like the ones on the first and town). I haven't heard anything about original GGH being brought back just for the Velo or anything. I think it's a big enough bag for giant hardware, but I always find classic and giant in the same style to be like 2 different bags. I'll have to see it to decide if I like it or not.

Finally got to see the Papier line yesterday. The leather is amazing! It's thick and buttery soft (sadly, no wrinkles). I do hope that Bal will make a black city with the calskin leather. I need a durable everyday bag :p
btw, I was not impressed with the s/s 11 black leather. Almost all the bags I saw had very smooth & semi-dry leather, and they were not jet black neither.

CeeJay - I've used my black suede folk almost constantly for at least the last month and it's holding up really well! I've even splashed stuff on it and it cleans up nicely, you just have to brush it gently to "revive" the texture. The only sign of wear is a little rubbing on the buckle strap piece, but that has happened to every Bal I've had...HTH!

There's a different spring color card (not the arena colors for moto bags) for suede bags and yet another for the Riva perforated bags, both of which have really pretty reds. I don't think either is necessarily the same red that will be coming in arena leather for the fall moto bags. It's all so confusing. But I did hear the upcoming fall red is bright and pretty.
