Does anyone use a MaiTai insert for both a retourne and sellier K28? I like to use bag inserts to go from one bag to another without having to take out my things and was wondering if the sellier insert could be used in both.
I just purchased a B25 insert from 7RP and I am wondering if it is too tight fitting in my bag? I'm a bit worried the B25 insert is a smidge too large. It seems that the corners of the insert are getting smashed into the corner of the purse, and the purse is not even halfway closed. Would love to get your thoughts, do you think this can cause damage to the purse in the long run and create permanent bumps on the exterior? I do remove the inserts after every use. I have a 7RP for my B30 and have ample space on all sides.
Same here. I use her inserts for K28, B30, GP30 etc. and they are great for keeping the inside pristine.
It will fit but there will be extra space, as a retourné has more internal room. Of course one can fit any insert into a larger bag.
If I am in a rush I will sometimes just drop the current bag's insert into the bag I am running out the door with. Atm, I have an insert for a K25 sellier inside a 32 cm HAC, but I do not recommend this very lazy strategy.
I use 7RP for my kellys and birkins as well (all in size 25), for birkin 25 in retourne i prefer to use the 7RP model in 25B sellier as its slightly smaller and doesn't stretch the bag that much than the retourne version
That's what I use for my HAC as well, but the day I posted it started to rain heavily (this happens in Paris), so I just took the insert from the K25 I was using (that I didn't want to get soaked) and dropped it into my Barenia HAC.
I do have friends who use multiple inserts to create "areas" in their bags, but that is too much Tetris for me

Interesting concept but I don’t have the will.
I have the same problem with my B25 retourne insert from 7RP. Even the insert for the K28 retourne leaves a mark on my bag. It’s disappointing considering how expensive these are.
thanksI use bag inserts for b25 as one of them shows signs of sagging, but I am not sure if I should start using them for kelly 25. The opening of the bag feels alot tighter and small than B25s. Do you just use pillows to keep its integrity, or do you just use bag pillows instead?
I'd been thinking about getting the maitai bag insert for kelly 25, but I've read some reviews stating that their linen bag inserts tend to be on a softer side & hence doesnt really help with structure.
