BTW all, my gris poivre bag AGNEAU leather, I checked the bag, there is no written statement about hamilton in tags, anyone can explain?

I don't think you have a Hamilton, which is Chevre and pebbly and stiffer than agneau. Sounds like you have a Gris Poivre Agneau bag with the new mini-giant hardware. The Gris Poivre agneau that I have seen has all been very nicely distressed and "puffy". Sounds like that is what you have and not a Hamilton. If you can check the Bal website you should be able to see a Hamilton.
