Average Ring Size

I think the demographic on PF means they'll naturally be smaller than average: younger females, looks and fashion conscious AKA more likely to be slim (not necessarily of course, but more so than the general population I'd say).

Or maybe those with smaller fingers are simply more inclined to post their size.

You have good point. Those with small fingers are more inclined to post their size. Overall, in my world, majority of women (in LA/OC) have much bigger fingers.

I do believe slim does not necessarily mean small fingers. My friend is slender and she wears a size 6.5 ring. Another friend (size 10 in clothes) wears size 4.75 ring. Go figure.

I'm a 6 1/2 which I thought was on the small side until I started reading this board! I think my hands are fairly average sized, a little muscular (I ride horses.)

Does that mean exercising your hands will make your fingers bigger?

Mine is a 5.5. Most of Tacori's display rings are size 6.5, so I'm sure the average size is around there.

my ring finger is a 7...i think the average size is a 6. tpfers certainly do have some small fingers!

I think I am a size 7. I wish my size was smaller so the diamond would look bigger.

My ring finger is 4.5 Middle finger is 5.5.

I wish I had smaller fingers! My right ring finger is a 6, both my middle fingers are about 6.5 but I like to wear 7 since when my fingers get hot they swell up. I think my left ring finger is a 5.5 since my size 6 rings can be a little loose if I try them on my left hand. My fingers still look slim though which is weird, I have big hands though so thats probably why.
