Now I'm in a huge dilemma because:
1) I've only ever seen that one picture of CW 09
2) Stock levels for CW 02 are very low as well, so I might end up with nothing if CW 02 sells out while they are waiting for the global search results and CW 09 cannot be acquired
3) My friend has also mentioned that she feels my Parures de Samourais 90cm silk (CW 05 ebene/bleu/orange) looks very close to the picture of the "turquoise" Galaxy that I showed her.

May I know if anyone has more pictures of the turquoise Galaxy (I'm assuming this is CW 09)? Especially photos taken in natural daylight?
I don't like it at all from what it looks on the website, but I understand it looks way less turquoise in real life, which is why I'm leaning towards it. (Paging @shrpthorn particularly, I hope you don't mind me reaching out to you).

And what does everyone else think? Do I risk doing a global search? I really love the design, so I think I might be upset with myself if I end up not getting any CW.

Also, I've been lurking for forever on this forum, but I actually already know some of you on IG... My IG name is "permanentlyoverdressed" ;) I'll try to be more active here from now on!

Seems I‘m the only one who loves this scarf☺️...I have to admit, the colours can be overwhelming- but I was fascinated with the different greens and reds, it goes with anything from hot pink, orange, Rouge H, mossy green, black, blush... I stick with my opinion that the black background appears more like a very dark green depending on the light. Just a few shots of playing with different colours...hope it helps!

This is such a great suggestion!!! I just checked the online store for my country but it cannot be purchased on it, ugh :annoyed:
Otherwise it would be really nice to be able to try out the current available CW at home with my wardrobe!

As I said in response to ajaxbreaker's original post - the colours in her photo are TTL. My 2nd choice was CW 02 (gris/gris anthracite/orange) & I tried this one on when I tried on CW 09. I think @ajaxbreaker 's strategy/advice is good. In my country it usually takes 4 -6 weeks to get the results of a world wide search and we have to pay 100% of the cost + GST upfront to do the search. The result is that I have "bought" the scarf, regardless of whether it suits or not. Buying it on line gives you a month leeway to change your mind and still get a full refund, or avoid "missing out".

Thank you so much for your opinion, @shrpthorn , especially between Parures de Samourais and Hermes Galaxy. My SA did mention as well that the men's scarves would probably be quite a different feel from what I usually get with women's silk, since they are less vibrant. It's alright if you can't take photos for me, since dl787 has managed to get more pictures!

Thank you so much to @hermeshound and @sonnetsofsilk for finding the scarf for me on Vestiaire Collective! As of now, I believe I have enough information about how the scarf really looks, and I'm ABSOLUTELY sure that CW09 (marine/rouge/turquoise) is my preferred choice over all the other CWs.

The price on VC, including shipping and import taxes, is slightly cheaper than me buying it from the H boutique where I am, plus I can return it for free within 14 days if I don't like it, so my husband has told me to just go for it. At the worst, if the reseller's scarf arrives with a problem with the quality but I do like the CW very much, I'll return it, and then ask my SA to do a global search! I think that will be my plan :biggrin:

I love this scarf and can't wait to see it in real life! I have a bordeaux matte gator kelly pochette that would look amazing with this. Thank you for sharing, and count me as a super fan of this colorway!

Thank you! Oh, that bag will be amazing with it Can’t wait to hear how you like it...I was truly grateful for all pictures here, or I would have been very surprised by the strong colours. H.com is rarely a good source when it comes to choosing a CW...

Love it with the green sweater! I have an appointment tomorrow and hope to see this in person. Loved the way it looked online.
