It's a lovely scarf, but my issue is with the tones chosen for the botanical colors overall this season. I bought one botanical scarf from this season and decided that will be it for me. The teal is pretty but the shades of greens and reds are less appealing.

It truly is lovely on you but I do know what you mean. I never found a Flowers of Africa in the 90 that worked for me - I continued to either return or resell.

I love these colors Karenska. I think someone did post this exact Amazones in this thread. I remember the colors were slightly different than the online pics (of course!)

@Living.la.vida.fifi I totally get it. It photographs so,so beautifully but IRL there's just something off. I cannot put my finger on it...it looks gorgeous on you in the photos and I loved it as well on me in pics but then I'd look at myself in the mirror and something wasn't clicking...this one is a riddle because it really is so beautiful.

Anyone else with this CW for whom it did or didn't work? I know some of you lovely ladies ordered it so wondering if others experienced the same or are thrilled with their silken beauty...

Have you tried the boutiques? I notice this colorway has largely not released on the site in the US, but it may be different in the boutiques.

you can totally pull it off, but i feel the colors are a bit shrill somehow. just doesn’t look super harmonious to me

I have not, Laurenad, but that is definitely an option and I thank you for suggesting it! I don’t live near any H boutiques and I’m not travelling anywhere soon, but I can call around. I bought two scarves that way during this pandemic; both from Madison Ave.

Maybe it’s the scale of the design?
