I have heard great things about Carol Diva for authentifications and have emailed her several days ago nd still haven't heard anything back ..... Has anyone used her and did I do something wrong for her not to respond ?

I emailed her with pictures and mentioned to her that I will pay w PayPal once she gives me the go ahead ...

I have used her and sometime she gets busy.. Normally she back to you within 48 hours.
If you don't hear from her by tomorrow late morning I would drop a friendly email asking how long its going to be.

Oh, by the way, I always pay then email. If you are missing something in your email she will tell you.
Maybe that's why she hasnt responded because you have paid.
