Which site would you trust?

http://www.la-bagette.com/products/chanel-silver-jumbo-lambskin

OR

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Authentic-C...g-/290987256204?ssPageName=ADME:X:RTQ:US:1123

Both of these sites have the exact same pictures.

Please advise me on this

Thank you

Hi, this is strange they have the same pics. Perhaps only one of them has the bag pictured? I would stay away in this case.

The la-bagette website was set up in April this year so there are not much info about them in the forums here. The website has no addresses where they are located and not much info about the company.

You could also ask for authentication in the Chanel forum here: http://forum.purseblog.com/chanel-shopping/authenticate-chanel-read-rules-use-format-outlined-1st-829807.html

Add this info when posting for authentication,

Thank you so much for your help!

One is milan station(ebay) and the other is from Europe. The european consignment store staff told me they have been in the business for 6 years.

They also accept Paypal which i find strange as how can you try and scam? Can they create a serial number identical to the original one and send the fake one instead? Not sure :wondering

They started the website in April see lookup here. They sell expensive items and the website/pics are not good enough.

Hi there I'm new to this forum. I recently bided for a Prada Saffiano Lux tote on eBay, and just wanted to know if anyone in this forum can help me authenticate this bag. The item number is 321274363530 on eBay. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

thanks!

Good luck.

Great info! I've been looking at eBay for a Marylebone PM and I'm just not 100% confident that it's real even though the seller posted pictures of the receipt and a real looking date stamp. I wish eBay would verify authenticity themselves and guarantee it before allowing sellers to post items. The seller does not allow returns and does not allow questions about authenticity because the receipt should be good enough. Come on!

Hi everyone, could anyone tell me
www.hauteavenue.com
sell authentic? They assure me they sell 100% genuine bags..

Hi and welcome, this website is members only so I can't check the site policy etc.

In a safe shopping site I'd look for:
  • They must show company info, addresses, email (no gmail, hotmail etc).
  • Secure online payment (no bank transfer etc).
  • Returns and full refund is important.
  • Pics shows the actual bag (no stock pics).

And always ask for authentication in the designer forums here before buying.

Hope it helps.
